Sarina Gerson is an Associate with concentrated experience in policy, change management and strategic development. Since joining Toffler Associates, she has focused her work on our Alternate Futures ™ process, helping government agencies to identify anticipated characteristics of their future operating environment and to plan for those changes. Prior to joining Toffler Associates Ms. Gerson worked at Families USA advocating for consumer access to healthcare. She has extensive experience working with legislators on Capitol Hill to advance social policy objectives. Ms. Gerson received her MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Doug Ackley is a Senior Associate at Toffler Associates with a passion for helping commercial and government organizations transform to increase their competitive advantage and better serve their customers. He has a deep skill set in organizational transformations, process improvement, strategy development and deployment, performance management, operations, and change management. Mr. Ackley gained international experience while managing revenue and margin for a global portfolio of products. He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and is currently focused on helping clients understand, plan for and adapt to changes brought on by a changing, turbulent business environment.
