SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Role Summary
The Senior Associate is a market-facing leader, critical to the success of client relationships and to the growth and awareness of the firm, its reputation and its brand. The Senior Associate plays significant leadership roles internally as well as externally, contributing to the development of expertise and in-depth knowledge in aerospace and defense to create new thinking and approaches.
More specifically, the Senior Associate functions as the hub of the engagement team, organizing, motivating and mobilizing the team to produce innovative yet practical solutions to the client’s tough problems. This requires the application of well honed consulting skills and experience within the Intelligence Community, yielding a successful track record of performance and achievement.
Background and Expertise
Candidates will have 7+ years of experience in consulting within a strategy, boutique or Big 4 consulting firm, possessing expertise in areas such as strategic planning, organizational change management, intelligence analysis, market/financial assessments or innovation.
Additional Qualifications
Possesses excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Coaches and mentors effectively
Demonstrated ability to build deep internal and external relationships
Record of achievement in designing and leading large, multi-person, long-term engagements
An MBA or Masters degree in a relevant area is highly desirable

ASSOCIATE

The Associate plays a critical role in the growth of client relationships by delivering exceptional, high-quality content to be used in the problem-solving process, often in the areas of data collection, synthesis and business assessment. Rich, substantive solutions to the tough problems facing organizations today provide the vehicle through which Toffler Associates can fulfill its vision.
Background and Expertise
The Associate will possess 3+ years of experience in consulting with a strategy, boutique or Big 4 firm, or will have functioned in an internal capacity with a company in functional areas such as strategy/strategic planning, intelligence analysis, organizational change management, business/market/financial assessment or innovation. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable.
