Deb Westphal Tom Johnson Steven Kenney Aaron Schulman Dick Szafranski Dick Szafranski Dick Szafranski is a Partner in Toffler Associates and one of its original members. His consulting portfolio includes advising CEOs and senior executives on managing change, creating growth, and remaining competitive in the future. Until its acquisition by General Electric, he was an independent director on the board of directors of SBS Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ). He served as an independent director on the board of directors of the Ceridian Corporation (NYSE), taking the company private in 2007. He presently serves as an independent Trustee on the Board of Trustees for Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE). He has an MA in Human Resources Management and has completed executive education on corporate governance at the Harvard Business School.
