Often the knowledge we bring to bear helps our clients solve problems they knew they had but couldn’t address before. More and more, we find that our knowledge and understanding of what’s changing in our economy and society point us and our clients toward action in areas that we’re just now beginning to see as critical. U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) At the DIA, rapid and fluid communication is critical to anticipating threats to America's security. Toffler Associates collaborated with DIA leadership to create a vision of how the agency would need to function to be successful in the future (link to DIA Workforce of the Future). Agency leadership recognized that a complex organizational change would have to take place. DIA would have to become a learning organization. DIA leadership created the DIA Knowledge Lab to solve this problem. The idea of the Lab is to test and then implement innovative approaches for improving knowledge sharing and collaboration among the agency's analysts and other professionals. Learn more.
